Meetings are held in Finzean Hall on the third Monday of the "odd Months" of the year. In 2009 there remain September 21 and November 18. Meetings are open for members of the public to attend, although any member of the public wishing to address the meeting must seek the permission of the Chairman. The AGM precedes the May ordinary meeting.
